Legal Notice

Agentible is an information-society service. Portuguese Decreto-Lei 7/2004 art. 10, which transposes art. 5 of the E-Commerce Directive, requires the provider of such a service to publish the details below in a form that is permanent and easy to reach. This page is that form, and it is linked from every page of the site.

The following are required and are not published yet: Registered name, Legal form, Registered address, Commercial registry, Registry number, VAT number (NIF/NIPC).

A legal notice naming a company that does not exist in that form, with a registry number and a tax number that are not ours, would be worse than this gap. The gap is an omission you can see; the invented version would be a false statement about who is liable to you, and you would have no way of telling. So the rows stay empty and visible.

In the meantime, the contact addresses above are real and monitored, and reaching us at either of them is the fastest way to get an answer, including about anything on this page.

This is not an open-ended promise. The values are held in one place in our code, and a test fails our build for as long as any of them is missing, so the site cannot be shipped as finished while this section exists.

For anything to do with the service, email hello@agentibleapp.com. For anything to do with personal data, including access, correction, export or deletion, email privacy@agentibleapp.com. Both reach the same small operation and both are answered in writing.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal, or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.

Decreto-Lei 7/2004 art. 10 also requires a provider to name its supervisory body and professional body where its activity is subject to authorisation or is a regulated profession. Providing a Shopify app is neither, so there is nothing to name under those headings. Where we process personal data, the supervisory authority is the CNPD, named above.
