Partner Terms

Anyone can join: agencies, freelancers, creators, or a friend of someone who runs a shop. You sign up with an email and a password on the partners page, and you get a personal link and a partner ID. Joining costs nothing and there is no obligation to send anyone.

Payouts are real money, paid by bank transfer: not vouchers, and not credit against an Agentible bill. The programme pays for stores that stay, so both milestones depend on the store actually paying for its subscription, month after month.

You are paid twice for the same store: when it has paid Agentible for 3 consecutive paid monthly periods, and again if the same unbroken run reaches 12. The amount depends on the store's plan:

• Starter (4.99 EUR a month): 5.00 EUR at 3 months, a further 15.00 EUR at 12.
• Premium (24.99 EUR a month): 25.00 EUR at 3 months, a further 60.00 EUR at 12.
• Max (59.99 EUR a month): 60.00 EUR at 3 months, a further 140.00 EUR at 12.

A milestone pays at the lowest plan the store held across its counted months: a downgrade lowers the payout, an upgrade never raises it. The months have to be paid and in a row: a store that cancels and returns has broken the run, so the 12-month milestone is gone (the 3-month one, once earned and past its clawback window, is yours to keep). A store on the free plan earns nothing, however long it stays.

Your link credits you automatically when a store installs through it. A store that arrived without your link can still be credited: for the first 5 days after the store first uses the app, its owner can enter your partner ID on the Referral page inside Agentible. After that the field disappears and nobody can add it, not even us: there is no mechanism to attach an attribution late, whoever asks and however good the story.

One attribution per store, forever. The first attribution always wins, across both this programme and the retired merchant referral programme: a store already credited to someone else, by either route, can never be re-credited to you, and every refused second claim is recorded with its reason.

Only the store owner can enter the ID, inside their own signed-in app. We cannot enter it for them, and neither can you.

At every 25 referred stores that earn their first milestone on your account, a person reviews it before more money moves. The review holds payouts until it closes; it never touches attribution, and it is a routine check rather than a suspicion. Your dashboard shows when a review is open and which money it is holding.

Withdrawals start at 50.00 EUR; below that the balance simply waits and grows. A requested withdrawal goes into a monthly payout run, sent by bank transfer and checked by a person, never by an automatic pipe.

Before any money moves we need your legal name, country, tax number, and a bank account in your own name. They are asked for at your first withdrawal, not at sign-up. Tax on what you earn is yours to handle: you invoice us, or accept a statement we produce.

Changing your bank details pauses withdrawals for 7 days after the change. That pause protects your balance if someone gets into your account. The first save of your details is not a change, so it starts no pause.

If a payment that helped qualify a milestone is later refunded or charged back, that milestone is reversed, for 60 days after it was earned. Money already paid out is deducted from your next balance, which can go negative; the original grant and the reversal both stay visible in your history, so it always shows what happened and why. Repeated clawbacks can close the account.

We refuse a referral, with the reason recorded and shown on your dashboard, when:

• the store is really yours: your name, email or bank details match the store owner's (shops you manage for clients are fine, as long as the business is genuinely theirs),
• the store was already using Agentible before the claim,
• the store is already credited to someone else, in either programme,
• partners are referring each other's stores in a ring, or
• the ID was entered after the 5-day window closed.

The same fairness runs the other way: every store credited to you is on your dashboard with its real status, and if something looks wrong, a person will look at it.

We may change or end the programme at any time, including the milestone amounts and the qualification rules for future referrals. A change never reaches backwards: a milestone already earned stays earned under the rules in force when it was earned, subject only to the clawback window above.

On 2026-08-24 these terms replaced the merchant referral terms that lived at this address, which governed the retired programme that paid merchants 5.00 EUR of bill credit per referred store. Credit already granted under that programme stays granted. The address is kept so published links keep resolving.
